I bought this at the end of May 2025, and it arrived in non-working condition. It took weeks to figure out what the problem was after several chats and calls and them finally sending a technician out to fix it. For the price of the printer, I wouldn't think all this would be necessary for a brand-new printer. The color quality of the prints isn't the greatest compared to other xerox machines I've used.Response from Xerox.com
