I got the printer in about three months ago and it has great print quality and is fast. My only problem is that is doesn't like to print envelopes. If I have one, it works. If I have more than one and I put the envelopes in the tray, it doesn't want to print them.
If you want this printer at home, it may work for you. If you are a business or require a heavier-duty printer, this is not for you. You will run out of ink shortly after you buy it. You will not be able to print anything fancier than an 8.5 x 14” piece of paper. Please don’t buy if you need a commercial-grade printer. Buy a Ricoh or something like that.

I thought I was purchasing a great printer but I was wrong. The printer jams often, runs through ink like I never experienced, bleeds on approximately 10 pages every time it starts a job.
I recommend doing your homework on printers better than I did!

We have 2 printers in the office now. They are slow to receive print requests. We have run out of black toner in a few weeks and the printer will not accept another cartridge even though it is a new Xerox K toner cartridge. It codes as "incompatable". Very frustrating!!!!!

If I could give Xerox zero stars I would. Purchased a printer off their website and received the item damaged. Contacted customer service to let them know and to initiate a return. Over a month later I am still getting the run around and I am out of $1300 and no printer. This should be illegal as their policy on the webpage says you have 30 days to return. Do better Xerox

We've had Xerox MFC's for over a decade & this one is the worst. We use it for OCR Scan to searchable PDF;
-Scan speed misleading. Sure it moves through the ADF fast but the printer sits processing the job for sometimes up to 10 minutes. The dinosaur 6515DN, C405 does the same thing within a minute. A $499 Brother MFC-L3780 absolutely destroys the C415 in OCR quality and speed. The OCR feature is pretty much useless.
- No processing power at all. Whatever the CPU unit they are using for the C415 is grossly underpowered
- Paper tray doesn't hold much paper.
- Print quality and speed are average
For the money it's below average and we had to move a Brother laser printer from a home office to do the job the C415 cant do. Now we have a C405, Brother MFC-L3780, and the C415 is what the staff uses the least. Xerox should be embarrassed.

I was incentivized to write my honest review of this Xerox Versalink C415 Color Multifunction printer. This high-quality printer has been a fantastic addition to my home office.
Setup was a breeze thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions. The printer is incredibly quiet, making it a pleasure to use. I especially appreciate the wireless connectivity, which allows me to print from my laptop or smartphone without any hassle.
The color print quality is exceptional. Documents and images look vibrant and sharp, making presentations and creative projects a breeze. I'm highly impressed with the overall performance of this printer."

The way printed paper can be taken out of the unit is very difficult. If I knew the design of the printer is not a good one, I would not have bought it
