We bought this printer because it checked all of the boxes for features we needed. If offers duplex, fast printing, fast scanning, a good interface, and has a reputation of being reliable. Unfortunately, within about 2 months of getting it, the control panel complete stopped working. Nothing would show up. Xerox got a tech out within a few days and diagnosed the problem as a bad cable. They had to order the part, be he was able to get it working again and we were happy with the service. Overall, it gave us more confidence in the company and the printer.

Came late, missing parts, in a critical time after we had discussed urgency. Some parts weren't seated properly, which delayed everything. Set up was a 2 hour nightmare - with remote help ($300 extra). Even now the set up is kind of Rube Goldberg-like, with totally separate users required for scanning. Great machine, WAY too complicated for set up and use, and delivery is a cluster.

My office bought this printer recently after we all chipped on on research. This checked every box. Our old printer nearly cost us a job due to how slow it scanned a large document. This one is extremely fast.
I bought this 3 months ago and can’t use it. It’s not wireless so I . Talked to 2 different people and both of them were sending me an adapter and I’m yet to receive it. I’m sending it back!

We purchased this to replace a small multifunction printer. We needed something for that could handle higher capacity printing. This thing prints so fast and great quality. It was a littler harder to set up fax to computer than my other printers but now that it is set up it works great.
