i brought this last week. It doesn't let you scan from the machine at all (no setting for this) so you have to rely on Windows scan app. However, it will only scan one page at a time, even on the feeder. No way to change the setting. No software for the printer (they send you a CD but in reality, who is using CDs now, my laptop doesn't even have a disc drive). Wish i hadn't brought it now. Also - it scans wonky. Eurgh.

The perfect printer!

I bought our printer on April 28. I'm very happy with how quiet and efficient it operates. I especially appreciate the waste toner bottle. My old laser printer did not have this and after 5 years the sensors were ruined from toner. From now on, we will only own Xerox printers!

C235 Color Printer

Bought and set up with a Xerox printer stand to elevate from the floor. Was the easiest and fastest printer set up with my I-phone. This printer creates great color and has a lot of features I still have to learn about. I highly recommend.

Horrible with Toner and Ink

Bought this printer for my small office. I am stunned by the amount of ink and toner cartridges that I go through and the cost for it is astronomical - I can buy a new printer for the amount I have spent in ink so far. I am rethinking this purchase and would guide someone looking to purchase away from this printer.

Average printer with extremely expensive toner

Gave this machine a chance, but the toner goes way too fast, print quality is decent as usual, but toner is extremely expensive. 4 pack of "high quality" toner is more expensive than the printer itself. There's absolutely zero chance that a team can have this machine and not spend an insane amount of money for the same quality as any other printer. I've been a Xerox client for a decade but I'm thinking its time to move on soon. Very disappointing costs. To make matters worse - Xerox removed eConcierge which was a big plus for us. Time to explore the waters else where.

Avoid this printer at all costs.

This is the worst printer experience I have had in over 40 years. The printer seems fine but the software is so bad not even my tech guy can get it to work properly and consistently.

Excellent Printer- Would Never Buy Again

Printer worked great, but the ink costs almost as much as a new printer and when I tried to replace the ink, the printer told me it was a third party cartridge. It was not. 3 hours with customer service and they could not figure it out. Finally, they said that the new cartridges "might" be "starter cartridges" and there was nothing to be done. At that point I was exhausted from being on the phone. Hundreds of dollars of brand ink, now completely unusable. They said they could send someone to try and service the printer. For how much? $300 just for the initial appointment, not including any fixes... again, just about the cost of buying another one of these printers (or could easily buy a different printer from another company). It is really unfortunate, because for years this printer gave me no issues. But the practices of the company are insane.

Not the best Not the worst

I bought it a year or 2 ago. It's not the best in speed but it does the job. If you send multiple items to print simultaneously, it will miss some of the items and not print them. It's EXTREMELY loud. I have had it replaced once but it still does the same thing and i was told (not verbatim) you get what you pay for....pretty much. It runs out of ink FAST and the replacements are pricey. Overall, there is no saving in money when buying this product.
