I could not ask for a better printer. The print quality is 10/10, it’s fast, and surprisingly enough very quiet. It has an auto sleep feature when not in use so you don’t need to power it on and off constantly. The touchscreen is easy to use and intuitive. I like that you can download apps to handle all of your printing and scanning needs. (e.g. scan to email, print/scan directly from one drive or Dropbox). If your device for some reason isn’t comparable to use directly, being able to access files from the cloud makes this printer a game changer. The mobile app is very user friendly. This printer is quite large, but so worth it. So far, I do not have any negative feedback. I just started working from home and this has been absolutely perfect.

J’ai reçu la Xerox VersaLink C415 gratuitement via Influenster, en espérant qu’elle serait une imprimante fiable pour ma petite entreprise. Malheureusement, elle s’est avérée bien trop compliquée et frustrante — trop lourde pour mes besoins, mais pas assez performante là où ça compte vraiment. Les points positifs sont une impression rapide, qui gère bien les impressions simples en recto. Elle peut aussi encaisser de gros volumes sans ralentir. Pour les documents basiques en une seule face, elle est rapide et fiable. Son interface web intégrée est claire et plutôt complète, ce qui permet d’accéder aux réglages, de dépanner et de surveiller l’imprimante sans passer par l’écran tactile ou une application. Côté négatif, l’installation est compliquée et prend du temps. Il faut configurer le Wi-Fi manuellement avant d’installer l’application, et si on fait une erreur, il n’y a pas vraiment de moyen de revenir en arrière facilement. Même avec de l’aide, il m’a fallu plus de trois heures pour tout faire fonctionner. L’impression recto verso est très peu fiable, la machine bourre quasiment à chaque fois, même lors des tests automatiques. Déboucher les bourrages est laborieux, et l’imprimante ne se rend pas toujours compte que le problème est réglé. La gestion des bourrages manque d’instructions claires, et ils sont fréquents, surtout en recto verso. La qualité de fabrication est décevante : le plastique fait un peu cheap, les bacs et portes ne coulissent pas bien, et l’ensemble paraît fragile. Enfin, cette imprimante laser utilise du toner, pas de l’encre, ce qui la rend inadaptée aux impressions artistiques : impossible de rendre les dégradés subtils, les textures fines ou les mélanges de couleurs précis. C’est parfait pour le texte et les graphiques, mais pas pour des impressions créatives détaillées. De plus, elle semble conçue pour un bureau de taille moyenne imprimant 50 à 100 pages par jour. Pour une petite structure ou un utilisateur solo, elle est trop complexe, chère et surdimensionnée. En résumé, sauf si vous travaillez dans un grand bureau avec un besoin constant d’impressions rapides et en gros volumes, et que vous avez un service informatique à disposition, je vous déconseille cette imprimante. Elle est compliquée, peu fiable en recto verso, pas adaptée aux créatifs, et difficile à installer ou dépanner. Pour un usage plus ponctuel et flexible comme le mien, elle ne correspond pas du tout. Je ne la recommande pas pour des besoins similaires.

Wow. I feel so blessed to have received this amazing dual printer Xerox machine to review. The ease of use first of all has been so insane and unlike any other printers I have used in the past. I feel like the user was really put in mind when creating this printer. It is multi use, amazing printing quality, and quick and easy. I never get paper jams and have a fairly decent time connecting to my laptop for print jobs. I would recommend this machine to any small office looking for an upgrade. It has helped me out tremendously.
